We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it good.

Starting a Return

Reach out to us within 3 days of delivery, and we'll get you a return authorization number along with clear instructions for sending the item back. This helps us track your return and get your refund processed quickly, so please hold off on shipping anything back before we've confirmed the details with you.

Once you have your authorization number, ship the item back within 14 days of when you originally received it, in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included. We'd recommend insuring the shipment for its value, since we're not able to issue a refund if an item is damaged or lost on the way back to us.

After we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method, for the item price minus original shipping costs.

If Something Arrives Damaged

Let us know within 3 days of delivery and send us a few photos of the damage. Our builders will review the damage to determine whether the item needs to come back to us. Depending on their assessment, we'll either send a replacement at no cost or arrange for the item to be returned. A refund is always available as an option on damaged orders as well, if you'd prefer that to a replacement.

Holiday Orders

For anything ordered between December 1st and 23rd, you'll have until December 28th to let us know about any returns or issues, no need to rush during the holidays.

A Couple of Notes

Returns without a return authorization number, or those started more than 14 days after delivery, are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. We'd rather avoid that altogether, so reaching out early always gets you the smoothest outcome.
